Refund policy

• New, unopened items including sale items may be returned within 60 days of purchase except for books, magazines, gift cards or egift cards which are not returnable. 
• Returns made after 60 days will receive store credit only
• Yarn with any animal hair or dust will not be accepted for refund or store credit
• For a refund, returns need to be shipped to our store in Minneapolis. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
• Refunds for regular returns are for the returned merchandise only, and will not include the initial shipping cost for the order
• Refunds are processed back to original form of payment.
